All prices on our site are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are charged in New Zealand dollars.
We accept all major credit cards via Paypal, or payment via bank deposit (NZ based customers only) To pay by bank deposit please choose “Bank deposit” during checkout.
Please note that a paypal account is not required when using this service to purchase.
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Room 8.
We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products via our website. Your credit card details are processed by PayPal through the website, which is linked to our banks merchant account.

Any in-stock orders that are placed with ‘Made to Order’ orders will be shipped out immediately, once your ‘Made to Order’ is complete that will be shipped out to you at a separate time at a later date. See product page for time frames.

If you have received an email newsletter from Room 8 and do not wish to receive any more please click “unsubscribe” at the very bottom of the email and you will automatically be removed from our database. If you experience any problems please don’t hesitate to contact us.
The information on this website is provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge is accurate and current. We reserve the right to change any details on the website at any stage, including prices without prior notice.
We aim to dispatch orders on the following business day of your order being placed. Orders placed on Friday & on a weekend day will be sent the following Monday.
Damaged Faulty Items
We always ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a full refund, store credit or an exchange (if we have a replacement in stock) once we have received the returned item.
Please note products must be returned to us within 14 days of the original shipping date and must be returned in the same condition as received with all labels etc. returned with the item.
We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible and that includes sizing and colour guides for our clothing type product. If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to contact me email@example.com prior to making your purchase – we are always happy to help.
We are unable to offer refunds on items that are not damaged or faulty. If you have ordered the wrong size or changed your mind we are happy to provide store credit for the original purchase price of the item (not including shipping costs) or exchange sizes provided we have one available in stock. You must notify firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to exchange/return within 14 days and goods must be sent back to us via a traceable method. Returns must be sent back in original condition, with tags attached and be unworn/unused. A store credit (of the original purchase price), not including shipping costs) will be issued if we cannot offer a size exchange. The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.

New items that are arriving soon will be available on a Pre Order basis.
This means that you can secure your order before the items arrive to ensure you don’t miss out. Pre-Order items will be indicated on the item with an estimate of the expected delivery time. Dispatch for Pre Orders is made immediately as soon as the item arrives in stock. Please be aware when placing a Pre Order that from time to time there are sometimes unforseen delays in delivery times. Any delays to the estimated delivery will be updated to you by our friendly team. In the event your pre-order cannot be filled we will refund in full.
Please note any in-stock orders that are placed with pre-orders will be held aside and posted together once the pre-orders have arrived and are ready to ship. If you are wanting your in-stock items to be shipped immediately, please order in a different transaction to your pre-order. Pre-orders will be shipped once they are received from our suppliers.
